We do not accept returns if customs fees are unpaid. International customers are responsible for customs charges. (Outside of North America).

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact orders@shaderclothing.com to start a return. Damaged or wrong items should be reported immediately.
