Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Once your order is placed, we gear up to dispatch it from our warehouse within 5 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way. Note: Orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed the following business day.

For our U.S customers, we rely on USPS for delivery which typically takes 2-7 days. International orders, shipped via a third-party carrier, may take 14-21 days to reach. Please understand that weather conditions, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact these timelines.

Shipping & Tracking:

Expect an email with tracking information once your order starts processing. If tracking updates are delayed, don't worry - the carrier might just need some time to update the link.

Please note, any international package might encounter customs, duties, and additional fees. We're not responsible for these charges or for packages unclaimed due to refusal of these fees. There are no refunds for such cases.

Military addresses (APO or FPO) may experience longer transit times due to government clearance protocol.

Your order is precious to us. If tracking states your order has been delivered but it's nowhere to be seen, check with your neighbours, family or property managers. It might have been received on your behalf.

Carrier Delays:

We rely on the same tracking as you do. If there's an issue with delivery and your package is in-transit, please contact the carrier for further details.

In case your order is marked as delivered but is missing, wait for 3 business days for it to possibly show up. If it doesn't, contact us at our support email for further assistance. Please note, replacement of missing merchandise is at the discretion of our support team.
