Return Policy
Return/Exchange Policy for Shader Clothing:
We do not accept returns if a customer declines to pay customs fees. Our products are shipped from North America, and by purchasing from us, international customers agree to take full responsibility for any customs fees imposed by their country. No exceptions.
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Contact us portal. Unauthorized returns sent back without approval cannot be processed.
We provide store credit for returns, not refunds. Please note that the credit does not expire.
Here's how it works:
- Your return/exchange must be authorized within 14 business days of delivery.
- Items returned should be unworn, unaltered, and devoid of any markings. They must be in their original condition and packaging with tags attached.
- You'll need proof of purchase; no exceptions.
- Damaged or unauthorized returns may be sent back to the customer.
- Discounted and sale items can't be returned or exchanged. This includes Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale items.
- We can adjust the price of an item bought in the last 14 days if its price is lowered. Adjustments are made to the original payment method.
- Jewelry is non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
- Exchanges can only happen once; items received back from an exchange are ineligible for future exchanges/returns.

Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We don't accept international returns/exchanges; all international orders are final. We apologize for any inconvenience.
