Orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped the next. US and Canada customers typically receive orders in 3-6 business days, while international deliveries take 6-15 business days (up to 21 depending on location). We do not accept returns if customs fees are unpaid. International customers are responsible for customs charges. (Outside of North America).

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact orders@shaderclothing.com to start a return. Damaged or wrong items should be reported immediately.

For EU customers, you may cancel or return orders within 14 days.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
